Should you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us by email ngi@neofilms.com.hk within 7 days when the item is received.

After we have received the returned goods in correct order, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible (depending upon product availability) or refund the amount to your designated payment account within 60 days.
Please note that shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that NeoGoodie was at fault.
