S.F. Express – EF Locker Pickup
S.F. Express – Centre Pickup

S.F. Express – Circle K Store Pickup
S.F. Express- 7-11 Store Pickup
2) Orders outside of Hong Kong
S.F. Express will provide Office / Home Delivery for orders outside of Hong Kong.
For some special items, Self pick up at NGi office/other designated points is the only option.

Rate is calculated by both weight and size of the item (items) according to Hong Kong postage and SF express.
FREE SHIPPING
Local orders of over HKD 300 are eligible for FREE shipping. This offer is limited to members only. Before proceeding to payment, please make sure you have logged in to your account, otherwise the order cannot be entitled to free shipping. This offer is limited to single orders shipped to an address within Hong Kong and we reserve the right to change or discontinue FREE shipping at any time. We cannot ship partial orders. Your order will be shipped when all products are ready.
DELIVERY TIME
Domestic orders can be delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch while orders outside of Hong Kong will arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch. We do not deliver partial orders. Your order will be shipped when all products are ready. Please note that you can check your order status at MY ACCOUNT in our website.
Reminder: Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
PRE-ORDER ITEM
If the same order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered products, or pre-ordered products with different arrival times, the order will be delivered only after all the products arrive. If you want to receive the in-stock goods first, it is recommended to buy them separately.
