草壁光在音樂課上發現班中的優異生佐条利人只是在動動嘴巴裝樣子，對於他的這種輕佻的態度有點不屑。草壁在放學時經過課室，隱約聽到有人反覆唱著跑調的歌曲，於是好奇的走進去課室，才發現原來是佐条獨自在練習唱歌。擅長音樂的草壁心想：「原來他不是在裝模作樣呀！」，不禁主動開始教佐条唱歌的技巧。與他相處後，草壁得出了結論：「佐条還真是一個可愛的人呢～」從此之後，草壁與佐条藉著練習唱歌爲契機，兩人的關係日漸親密，甚至萌生情絲……
