故事大綱:

這是日本遭到南北分裂統治的另一個戰後世界。住在青森的少年．藤澤浩紀與白川拓也，同時喜歡同班同學「澤渡佐由理」，亦希望能親眼目睹聳立在津輕海峽的對岸、聯合國佔領的北海道上的神秘巨塔。為了靠自己的力量飛到那座塔，兩人於是開始自製小型飛機「維席拉」。雖然兩人現時距離佐由理和巨塔都很遙遠，但是他們仍然深信總有一天能實現夢想……

少年時代的夢想與憧憬、圍繞在巨塔與少女身邊的秘密，以及受到危急的世界形勢所逼而做出的抉擇。這是一段由史無前例的細膩影像建構而成的成長故事。他們能否抵達當年下課後約定的那個地方？
